基于教育目标分类学的教学设计实践--以“国际商务文化与协作”课程为例

摘要 教学设计是指把学习与教学原理转化为教学材料、活动、信息资源和评价的规划这一系统性、反思性的过程。把Bloom教育目标分类学理论应用到“国际商务文化与协作”课程中,将国际化课程与本土学情相结合,根据教与学的多面“手”教学设计理念,把学习的重点与难点贯穿到课前、课中、课后的教学环节中,从而达到Bloom教育目标分类学中对于课堂预期学习成果、课堂活动和课堂测评一致性的要求,最终实现预期学习成果与教学效果。 Instructional design refers to the systematic and reflective process of transforming learning and teaching theories into the planning of teaching materials, activities, information resources and assessment. We apply Bloom’s educational goal classification theory to the course of International Business Culture and Cooperation,combine international courses with local learning conditions, and integrate the key and difficult points of learning into the teaching links before, during and after class according to the multifaceted “hands” teaching design concept of teaching and learning, so as to meet the requirements of Bloom’s educational goal classification for the consistency of expected classroom learning results, classroom activities and classroom evaluation. Finally, the expected learning achievements and teaching effects will be achieved.
