摘要
随着《中国制造2025》以及海洋强国战略的提出,船海行业实践型人才的需求大幅增加,而研究生教育担负着高层次应用型、复合型人才的培养重任,其培养机制直接决定专业人才水平的高低。以哈尔滨工程大学为例,对船海学科现有培养机制及现状做了探讨分析。针对目前专业型硕士研究生培养机制存在的问题,从制定更为切实可行的培养方案、落实校内校外导师联合培养机制、向学生提供更多实践途经三个方面提出了相关建议,为我国船海专业应用型实践人才的培养,以及更好地促进学科的发展提供一定参考。
With the proposal of Made in China 2025 and “Ocean Power”, the demand for practical talents in shipping and ocean industry has increased significantly, and graduate education is responsible for the training of high-level practical and compound talents. Its training mechanism directly decides the level of professional talents. Taking Harbin Engineering University as an example, this paper discusses and analyzes the current training mechanism and status of ship and ocean discipline. In view of the existing problems in the training mechanism of professional master’s degree students, this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: formulating a more practical training program, implementing the joint training mechanism of internal and external tutors, and providing students with more practical ways, which can provide some reference for the training of practical talents in marine engineering and better promote the development of the discipline.
