高职护理学生职业防护课程教学改革探析--以苏州卫生职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Teaching Reform of Occupational Protection Course for Higher Vocational Nursing Students: Taking Suzhou Vocational Health College as an Example

医院感染严重威胁患者和广大医务人员健康及生命安全,预防和控制医院感染是公共卫生领域优先关注的问题。标准预防作为医院感染控制中十分重要的环节已在全世界范围内引起广泛重视,护生在工作中发生感染疾病或者将疾病传播的危害性更大,因此更要加强护生的培训,而加强该能力培养则必须加强护生防护课程的学习。引入护理行业一线的专家进行职业防护培训,并将虚拟现实技术应用于职业防护教学当中,通过虚拟仿真对事件的现场处置过程进行演绎、还原,使学生获得交互性、沉浸性、开放性,想象性的护理一线职业防护事件临床与应用教学环境,通过课程教学改革,以期进一步提高护生的临床应变、护理临床高阶思维能力。

Nosocomial infection is a serious threat to the health and safety of patients and medical staff. the prevention and control of nosocomial infection is a priority in the field of public health. Standard prevention, as a very important link in nosocomial infection control, has attracted wide attention all over the world. Nursing students are more harmful to infect or spread the disease at work, so it is more necessary to strengthen the training of nursing students, and to strengthen the cultivation of this ability. We must strengthen the study of nursing students’ protection course. This study introduces the front-line experts in the nursing industry to carry on the occupational protection training, and applies the virtual reality technology to the occupational protection teaching, deduces and restores the on-the-spot disposal process of the event through virtual simulation, so that the students can obtain interactivity, immersive, open, imaginative nursing front-line occupational protection event clinical and applied teaching environment. We can further improve the clinical response of nursing students and nursing clinical highlevel thinking ability through the course teaching reform.
