新时代高校履行传道职责的探索与思考

Exploration and Consideration on How the Universities should Fulfill their Mission of Preaching and Teaching in the New Era

对传道的重视是中华文化的优秀传统。在中国特色社会主义新时代,高校要履行好立德树人根本职责,就必须传承发展这一优秀传统,履行好传道这项职责。黄河科技学院始终坚持社会主义办学方向,认真落实立德树人根本任务,高度重视中华优秀传统文化教育教学,为履行传道职责创造了有利条件。要履行传道职责,就必须解决两个关键问题,以构建有说服力的话语体系:一是实现儒学与马克思主义的有机融合,二是实现儒学与现实生活过程的有机融合。通过对儒家“大学之道”的深入阐发,就可以解决上述两个问题。要履行传道职责,老师还必须注重传道方法,精选教学内容,合理安排课程;爱护学生,融洽师生关系。对传统文化教学效果的评价应当以传道的效果为标准。大学生正处于闻道的窗口期,如果在这个时期遇到了能够传道的老师,闻道并非难事。课程的结束只是同学们走上“大学之道”的起点,真正的功夫在于知行合一的长期坚持。要巩固传道的效果,就应当为同学们的遵道而行营造有利的校园和社会环境。

The emphasis on preaching and teaching is the excellent tradition of Chinese culture.When the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,universities should carry on the excellent tradition and do a good job in preaching and teaching so as to fulfill their fundamental mission of cultivating the talents with morality and ability.Huanghe science&technology college always adheres to the socialist educational direction,earnestly carries out the fundamental task of cultivating the talents with morality and ability,attaches great importance to the teaching of excellent traditional Chinese culture,and creates favorable conditions for the fulfillment of the mission of preaching and teaching.To fulfill the mission of preaching and teaching,it is necessary to solve two key problems to build a persuasive discourse system:one is to realize the organic integration of Confucianism and Marxism,and the other is to realize the organic integration of Confucianism and the real-life living.The above two problems can be solved through the in-depth explanation of the Confucian“the way of great learning”.To fulfill the mission of preaching and teaching,teachers should also pay attention to the teaching methods,select carefully the content for teaching,and reasonably arrange the courses;they should cherish the students,and have a harmonious relationship with the students.The evaluation of the teaching effect of the traditional culture should be based on the effect of the preaching and teaching.University students are in the window period of learning the preaching,and if they meet a teacher who can do the preaching,it is not difficult for them to get the truth.The end of the course is only the starting point for students to go on the“the road of great learning”,and the real effort should lie in the long-term persistence of the integration of knowledge and practice.To consolidate the effect of preaching and teaching,we should create a favorable campus and social environment for the students to follow the teachings.
