智能型精密方管件视觉测量装备开发

Development of intelligent vision measuring equipment for precision rectangle steel pipe fittings

摘要 针对汽车管业对精密管件高质量、高效率的检测要求,开发了一套与管件前道去毛刺工序相对接的自动测量智能化装备.该装备将非接触式的机器视觉测量技术与自动控制技术相结合,以PLC为核心控制器,HMI为人机交互装置,通过视觉工业控制器与PLC、HMI之间的互联互通,利用SIFT尺度不变特征变换,边缘点、线、角点检测定位等算法,实现对管件的长度、宽度、高度的自动测量.经过试运行发现,该装备不仅能够实现管件加工测量的全过程自动化,测量精度也基本达到用户检测要求,可以节约用人成本,提高效率. According to the high quality and high efficiency detection requirements of precision pipe fittings,a set of automatic measuring equipment relative to the front deburr process of pipe fittings was developed.Noncontact machine vision measurement technology was combined with automatic control technology for the equipment.PLC was used as the core controller,HMI as the human-machine interaction device,and the visual industry controller as the visual measurement core in this device.Based on the pipe section image collected by the camera,the length,height and width of the pipe fittings had been measured using some algorithms,such as the SIFT matching algorithm,edge point,line,angle point detection,etc.By trial operation,it had been found that the device could not only realize the whole process automation of pipe fittings processing and measurement,but also meet the users detection requirements.It would be helpful for saving the labor cost and improving detection efficiency.
