摘要
少数民族聚居地区高校非普通班(民双语班和民语班)教学效果距离人才培养要求差距较大,是当前很多少数民族学生集中的高校非常重视的问题。如何优化教学方法,调动学生学习的积极性,培养满足区域发展需要的少数民族工科人才,也是少数民族聚居地区高等教育面临的问题。针对非普通班在“混凝土结构”课程教学中存在的问题,以当下行业发展和专业建设的需要,结合少数民族学生的学习基础,从感知和记忆规律、主动学习、工程实例教学及作业反馈等方面对教学方法的改革进行了研究,以期提高少数民族学生的教学效果。
The teaching effect of non-ordinary classes(ethnic bilingual classes and ethnic language classes)in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas is far from the requirements for talent training,which is a problem that many colleges and universities with a large number of ethnic minority students focus on.How to optimize the teaching methods,mobilize students’enthusiasm for learning,and cultivate ethnic minority engineering talents to meet the needs of regional development are the problems faced by the higher education in ethnic minority areas.In view of the problems existing in the teaching of the Concrete Structure course in non-ordinary classes,based on the needs of the current industry development and major construction,and combined with the learning foundation of minority students,the reform of teaching methods is studied from the aspects of the perception and memory rules,the active learning,the engineering case teaching and the homework feedback,in order to improve the teaching effect for minority students.
