摘要
高校实验室育人阵地是理工科研究生从事科研活动的重要场所。基于“三全育人”对教育途径和模式的新要求,为了更好地发挥实验室对研究生的育人功能,从挖掘实验室育人元素、强化实验室育人资源、加强实验室育人文化建设三个方面入手,提出实验室育人的创新路径,从而提升研究生的科研素养和文化素养;构建全员全过程全方位的实验室育人体系,更好地为国家培养和塑造全面发展的高素质人才,推动理工科研究生培养模式的创新性改革。
University laboratories are important places for science and engineering postgraduates to engage in scientific research activities.Based on the new requirements of the“three-whole education”for education methods and mode,and in order to better play the educational function of laboratories for postgraduates,the paper put forward an innovation path of laboratory education to improve the scientific literacy and cultural literacy of postgraduates.These approaches include three aspects:mining laboratory education elements,strengthening laboratory educational resources and strengthening laboratory education culture construction.It points out that we should build the“three-whole education”laboratory education system to better cultivate all-round high-quality talents for the country,and to promote the innovation reform of the training mode for science and engineering postgraduates.
