大学生劳动精神培育路径构建研究——基于思想政治教育视角

Research on the Cultivation Path of College Students’Labor Spirit from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

劳动是人类生存和发展的源泉,是最基本、最本质的实践活动,也是实现人生、追求美好生活、体现个人价值的活动。劳动实践有助于形成劳动精神,实现人格和行为的独立。劳动精神的培育可以使广大劳动者以更加积极的精神状态参与劳动实践过程。在思想政治教育的视角下,劳动精神的基本内涵是教育引导学生热爱劳动,体验劳动带来的精神享受。把劳动精神融入思想政治教育中,其价值在于适应社会发展需要,满足立德树人要求,提高就业能力,融合专业知识。劳动融入思想政治教育的主要途径包括确定立德树人的总体教育目标,开发劳动资源,搭建新平台,结合职业特点和培养目标,从思想政治教育的角度来看,实践是培养大学生的劳动精神的重要途径。

Labor is the source of human survival and development.It is the most basic and essential practical activity.It is also an activity to pursue a better life and realize our personal value.Labor practice helps to form the labor spirit and realize the independence of personality and behavior.The cultivation of labor spirit can enable people to participate in the labor practice in a more positive mental state.From the perspective of ideological and political education,the basic connotation of labor spirit is to to educate and guide students to love labor and experience the spiritual enjoyment brought by labor.The value of integrating labor spirit into the ideological and political education lies in meeting the needs of social development,meeting the requirements of“building morality and cultivating talents”,improving employment ability and professional knowledge learning.The main ways of integrating labor into ideological and political education include determining the overall educational goal of“building morality and cultivating talents”,developing labor resources,and building new platforms,and cultivating labor spirit in combination with professional characteristics and training objectives.From the perspective of ideological and political education,practice is an important way to cultivate the labor spirit of college students.
