摘要
本文结合IH电饭煲的工作原理,从涡流损耗、磁滞损耗、集肤效应和热传递四个维度进行分析,总结出高磁导率、低电阻率、较小厚度、热传导好的锅体材料能够提高IH电饭煲的热效率,为IH电饭煲的锅体研发提供建议。
This article combines the working principle of IH rice cooker,from the dimensions of eddy current loss,hysteresis loss,skin effect and heat transfer,it is concluded that high permeability,low resistivity,small thickness and better heat conduction can improve the heat efficiency of IH rice cooker,which can provide suggestions for the research and development of IH rice cooker.
