内插管消声器声学性能的仿真分析与实验验证

摘要 本文针对扩张式消声器进行内插管后的传递损失进行研究。利用声学有限元法对内插管消声器的传递损失进行仿真分析,系统地研究了内插管的插入深度、内插管的插入方向、内插管厚度等因素对传递损失的影响,得出影响内插管消声器传递损失的主要因素为插入深度,并进行噪声实验,验证仿真结果的可靠性。研究结果表明:扩张式消声器进行内插管后会增加某些频率点的消声量,且随着插入深度的增加,频率点个数会增加,频率点位置前移。本文的研究成果为内插管消声器的开发与应用提供了依据。 In this paper,the transmission loss of expansion muffler after internal intubation was studied.The acoustic finite element method was used to simulate the transmission loss of the internal intubation muffler.The effects of insertion depth,direction and thickness of internal intubation muffler on transmission loss were systematically studied.It is concluded that the insertion depth is the main factor affecting the transmission loss of the muffler,and the reliability of the simulation results is verified by noise experiment.The results show that the noise reduction of some frequency points will be increased after the muffler is intubated,and the number of frequency points will increase and the position of frequency points will move forward with the increase of insertion depth.The research results of this paper provide a basis for the development and application of internal intubation muffler.
