摘要
电源软线拉力/扭矩试验作为GB 4706系列标准中“电源连接和外部软线”项目的一个主要安全试验,考核了器具电源软线的固定是否安全可靠。本文研究了一种基于自适应闭环精确控制的电源软线拉力/扭矩试验技术,对拉力/扭矩的发生方式、拉力/扭矩的施加时间进行创新改进。采用自适应的闭环控制方式,精确控制拉力/扭矩施加曲线,准确控制加力时间。同时研究改进了施加拉力的加力/释力曲线,确保电源软线不受到爆发力。该技术提高了电源软线拉力/扭矩试验的准确性,减小了测量不确定度,降低了试验误判风险。
As a main safety test of supply connection and external flexible cords items in GB 4706 series standards,the pull force/torque test examines whether the fixation of the supply cord is safe and reliable.This article studies a pull force/torque test technology of supply cord based on adaptive closed-loop precise control,which innovates and improves the generation mode and the application time of pull force/torque.The self-adaptive closed-loop control mode is adopted to precisely control the pull force/torque application curve and the force application time.At the same time,a force adding and releasing curve of pull force is studied to ensure that the supply cord is not subject to explosive force.This technology improves the accuracy of pull force/torque test,reduces the test uncertainty and avoids the risk of misjudgment.
