基于ADRC的永磁同步电机速度环控制器设计方法

摘要 针对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统PI控制器在负载变化和外界扰动时,转速环性能不足的问题,研究了采用自抗扰控制器对转速环的负载和参数变化进行估计和补偿。根据永磁同步电机的动力学模型,设计二阶扩张状态观测器,误差反馈控制律,跟踪微分器的前馈系统。通过理论分析,设计控制器的相应参数,并利用扩张状态观测器估算系统转动惯量,修正系统控制器参数,提升系统的鲁棒性和动态性能。仿真和实验结果表明,该控制器部署简单,性能优于传统PI控制器。 In the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine Field-Oriented-Control System has a problem is that Speed control performance control is easy to be affected by load change and perturbation whit PI controller.In this Paper,Using the Active Disturbance Rejection Controller(ADRC)to estimate and compensate the load and parameter changes of the speed loop is studied.It designs the second-order extended state observer,state error feedback control law,tracking differentiator feedback controller According to the dynamic model of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Machine.Through theoretical analysis,this paper design the corresponding parameters of the controller,and use the extended state observer to estimate the moment of inertia of the system,correct the parameters of the system controller,and improve the robustness and dynamic performance of the system.After all,Simulation and experimental results show that the controller is simple to implement and outperforms the traditional PI controller.
