摘要 车载空气净化器能明显改善车内空气质量的净化产品,为满足其特殊的使用场景,需要对其结构、净化效率进行严格设计。通过市场大量调研,综合分析现有车载空气净化器的产品优缺点,并通过类比法设计出一款体积小,净化效率高,带杀灭病毒功能的新型车载空气净化器;通过性能测试试验得出,净化器颗粒物CADR为18.46 m^(3)/h,甲醛CADR为12.6 m^(3)/h,对流感病毒、肠道病毒和冠状病毒的杀灭率均在99.9%以上,各项指标均处于行业前列。 The car air purifier can significantly improve the purification product of the air quality in the car.In order to meet its special use scenarios,it is necessary to strictly design its structure and purification efficiency.Through a large number of investigations in the market,comprehensively analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing car air purifier,and design a new type of car air purifier with a small volume,high purification efficiency,and killing virus.Through performance test,the CADR of the purifier is 18.46 m^(3)/h,and the formaldehyde CADR is 12.6 m^(3)/h.The killing rate of influenza virus,enterovirus and coronary virus is above 99.9%,and all indicators are at the forefront of the industry.
