摘要
柞蚕新品种“吉黄2号”是以“选大二号”和“方山黄”为亲本材料,利用杂交和系统选育手段而育成的耐高温黄蚕新品种,具有丝量高、全茧量大、雄蛾含油率高、杂种优势显著等特点。该品种秋季全茧量11.98 g,较对照吉柞882高0.74 g;茧层率12.84%,较对照选大2号高1.11个百分点,较对照吉柞882高0.79个百分点;茧丝长1 217.8 m,比选大2号长44.6 m;柞蚕雌蛹含油率16.7%,雄蛹含油率26.4%;雄蛾含油率56.3%。
The new tussah variety "Jihuang 2" is based on "Xuanda 2" and "Fangshanhuang" as parent materials. It adopts the methods of zonal feeding, systematic separation and directional breeding by means of hybridization and systematic breeding. Comprehensively balancing all the economic indicators, it is successfully bred after 16 generations and 8 years. It is a new yellow silkworm variety resistant to high temperature. It has the characteristics of high silk yield, cocoon weight, high oil content in male moth and significant heterosis. In autumn, the variety has a whole cocoon weight of 11.98 g, 0.74 g higher than Jizuo 882;a ratio of cocoon shell of 12.84%,1.11 percentage points higher than Xuanda 2 and 0.79 percentage points higher than Jizuo 882;a cocoon filament length of 1217.8 m, 44.6 m longer than Xuanda 2.The oil content of Antheraea pernyi pupae is 16.7% in female pupae and 26.4% in male pupae.The oil content of male moth is 56.3%.
