摘要
对发明专利《一种柞蚕人工饲料》(授权号CN104920818B)配方加以调整,通过稚蚕取食率和起青率对比试验,发现吉青、L7698Q、L7698H对人工饲料的适应性较好,初步确定配方组分为橡子仁粉与柞叶粉比例4∶6,山梨酸钾0.1%,复合维生素B 5 mg、维生素C 6 mg、蔗糖3 g。试验表明,人工饲料采用钴60辐照灭菌,饲料第一次投料发霉时间间隔为72 h,第二次投料后发霉间隔时间为48 h。人工饲料稚蚕上山放养的结果,L7698Q品种的春秋两季的结茧率分别为10.3%、26.9%,低于全龄柞叶育6.27和22.7个百分点。
The formula of the invention patent"An Artificial Feed for Tussah Silkworms"(Authorization No.CN104920818B)was adjusted.Through the comparative test of feeding rate and greening rate of young silkworms,it was found that Jiqing,L7698Q and L7698H had good adaptability to the artificial feed.The formula components were preliminarily determined as follows:the ratio of acorn kernel powder to tussah leaf powder was 4∶6,potassium sorbate 0.1%,compound vitamin B 5 mg,vitamin C 6 mg and sucrose 3 g.The experiment showed that the artificial feed was sterilized by irradiation of cobalt 60.The time interval between the first feeding and the second feeding was 72 hours and 48 hours respectively.The cocooning rate of L7698Q variety in spring and autumn was 10.3%and 26.9%respectively,which was 6.27 and 22.7 percentage points lower than that of full age oak leaf rearing.
