藏族谚语是博大精深的中华谚语的重要组成部分,是藏族劳动人民口头创作并富有哲理性和科学性的重要语言艺术之一。它是藏族文学的重要组成部分,也是人类智慧的传承载体。国内外对藏族谚语的关注由来已久,产生了诸多研究成果及译本,其中以英语译本数量最多。这些译本对中华文化的传播及人类智慧的传承都有着重要的意义。然而,目前还没有对这些译本的系统梳理。故此,文章拟就藏族谚语的英译情况进行宏观的考察,以期反映其英译的整体互动情况,旨在丰富相关翻译史料,推进文明交流互鉴,助力中华文化走出去。

Tibetan proverb,as an important part of the vast and profound Chinese proverbs,is one of the important linguistic arts that are created orally by Tibetan working people and are rich in philosophy and science.Meanwhile,it is also an important part of Tibetan literature and a vehicle for the transmission of human wisdom.There has been a long-standing concern about Tibetan proverbs at home and abroad,resulting in many research results and translations,of which the number of English versions is the largest.These translations have been of great importance to the spread of Chinese culture and the transmission of human wisdom.However,there are some translations without systematic carding.Therefore,this article intends to conduct a macroscopic survey of the English translations of Tibetan proverbs,with a view to reflect the overall interaction of their English translations,which aims to enrich the relevant translation history,promote the exchange and mutual appreciation of civilizations,and help Chinese culture go global.
