摘要
针对变电站人工抄表的问题及智能化发展需要,该文设计了一款基于智能机器人的变电站仪表识别系统。该系统以OpenMV和STM32F103RCT6单片机为功能核心,摄像头OpenMV用于识别仪表读数,将视频流通过热点传输至手机或电脑端;主控板STM32通过位置PID算法,控制机器人在两个仪表所在位置循环运动,实时获取OpenMV识别到的仪表数据,并通过蓝牙模块发送至手机,若仪表数值超过阈值则蜂鸣器报警。该文所设计智能机器人结构简单,功能模块丰富,锻炼了大学生电子系统设计能力,有利于培养学生的实践综合能力。
Aiming at the problem of manual meter reading in substation and the need of intelligent development,this paper designs a substation instrument identification system based on intelligent robot.The system takes OpenMV and STM32F103RCT6 microcontroller as the functional core.The camera OpenMV is used to identify the meter reading and transfer the video stream to the mobile phone or computer through the hot spot.STM32 the main control board,uses the position PID algorithm to control the robot to circulate in the position of the two instruments.It obtains the instrument data identified by OpenMV in real time and sends it to the mobile phone through bluetooth module.If the instrument value exceeds the threshold,the buzzer will alarm.The intelligent robot designed in this paper has the advantages of simple structure and rich functional modules,which can train the ability of electronic system design of college students,help to cultivate students'comprehensive ability of practice.
