新时代中国高质量发展经济学,是中国改革开放40年伟大实践的产物,也是适应我国社会主要矛盾变化而着力解决发展不平衡不充分问题的产物。首先,高质量发展经济学基础性研究对象就是“质量”与“发展”,并且越来越将研究对象扩展至非经济学领域;而研究方法则继承了马克思恩格斯的发展学说,即“从属”型发展和“创造”型发展并举、生产力-生产关系-发展“总合力”整体发展观。其次,新时代中国高质量发展经济学要善于融通与吸收国外哲学社会科学的优秀资源。专注于研究发展中国家发展问题的西方发展经济学有许多可供参考、借鉴的合理元素与思想资料。最后,从七大维度力求科学地解读关于中国高质量发展经济学是什么,怎样发展、为谁发展、依靠谁发展、由谁来享受发展成果这一“时代之问”或“发展之谜”。

Chinese high quality development economics in the new era is a product of China’s 40 years of reform and opening-up.It is also the product of trying to solve the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development while adapting to the changes of the principal contradictions in Chinese society.First of all,the basic research object of high quality development economics are‘quality’and‘development’,and the research is increasingly being extended to the non-economic field.The research method inherits the development theory of Marx and Engels,which is of the unification of‘subordination’and‘creation’,as well as Productivity,relations of production and‘total synergy’overall development view.Secondly,Chinese high-quality development economics in the new era should be good at integrating and absorbing the excellent resources of foreign philosophy and social sciences.Western development economics,which focuses on the development of developing countries,has many reasonable elements and ideological materials for reference.Finally,from seven dimensions,it tries to scientifically interpret the‘question of the era’or‘development mystery’about what high quality development economics in China is,how to develop it,for whom to develop it,who to rely on and who to enjoy the fruits of development.
