摘要
采用中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)2014-2015学年追访调查数据,从教育质量视角系统探讨不同类型学业负担对初中生心理健康的影响,分析家庭社会经济地位在学业负担与初中生心理健康之间的调节作用,进而考察学业负担对教育高质量发展的影响。实证结果发现:(1)主观学业负担对初中生心理健康有显著负向影响。(2)校内客观学业负担、校外客观学业负担与初中生心理健康之间存在“倒U”形曲线关系。(3)家庭社会经济地位会强化主观学业负担、校内客观学业负担对初中生心理健康的负向影响作用。因此,推动教育高质量发展,要坚决落实“双减”政策,严控义务教育阶段作业时间和校外培训时间,同时重视减轻学生主观学业负担。此外要加强家庭教育指导,引导家长树立科学的育儿观。
Based on the follow-up survey data of China Education Panel Survey(CEPS)during 2014-2015 and from the perspective of education quality,this study attempts to systematically explore the impact of different types of burdens on the mental health of junior middle school students,and to analyze the moderating effect of family socioeconomic status on both the scholastic burdens and the mental health of junior middle school students,aiming to examine the impact of the scholastic burdens of junior middle school students on the high quality development of basic education.The empirical results show the following.Firstly,subjective scholastic burden has a significant negative impact on the mental health of junior middle school students.Secondly,there exists an inverted U-shaped curve relationship between the objective scholastic burden inside the school,the objective scholastic burden outside the school and the mental health of junior middle school students.And thirdly,family socioeconomic status can strengthen the negative effects of subjective scholastic burden and objective scholastic burden on the mental health of junior middle school students.Therefore,to promote the high quality development of education,concrete and practical measures must be taken to resolutely implement the‘double reduction’policy,to strictly control the time spent on homework and off-campus training during the period of compulsory education,and pay close attention to reducing the subjective scholastic burden of the students.In addition to efforts made on part of the students and the school,family education guidance must be strengthened to guide parents in establishing a scientific concept of child care.
