加强水利工程质量监督管理的实践与思考

Practice and consideration on strengthening quality supervision and management of water conservancy projects

针对无锡市水利工程质量的实际情况,从质量监督角度进行分析,阐述目前各参建方在控制工程质量方面存在的问题以及质量监督检测中发现的问题,结合项目法人(建设单位)主要质量问题、勘测设计单位主要质量问题、施工单位主要质量问题、监理单位主要质量问题等方面,剖析了质量监督过程中存在的不足,以提升水利工程质量为目的提出相应的对策与措施。

In view of the actual situation of water conservancy project quality in Wuxi City,this paper analyzes from the perspective of quality supervision,expounds the problems existing in the control of project quality by all participating parties and the problems found in the quality supervision and testing.Combined with the main quality problems of the project legal person(the construction unit),the survey and design unit,the construction unit,the supervision unit,etc,this paper analyzes the shortcomings existing in the quality supervision process,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures for the purpose of improving the quality of water conservancy projects.
