摘要
通过对脉冲涡流检测技术原理以及其检测系统研究发现,采用脉冲涡流技术对水冷壁进行检测,无需接触表面便可进行壁厚测量,可快速实现100%的壁厚覆盖。在采用脉冲涡流检测技术进行现场检测时可发现水冷壁受热面均匀减薄以及腐蚀坑。对于大面积均匀减薄处检测结果经UT测量进行验证,测量误差小于10%。此技术可应用于电站锅炉水冷壁腐蚀减薄大面积筛查,相对传统的UT测厚,可以快速准确发现腐蚀区域。
By studying the principle of pulsed eddy current testing technology and its testing system,it is found that the pulsed eddy current testing technology can test the water-wall tubes and measure the wall thickness without contacting the surface and can quickly achieve 100%wall thickness coverage.It can be found that the heating surface of the water-wall tube is even thinner and corrosion pits are found when pulsed eddy current testing technology is used in field testing.The test results of large area even thinning were verified by UT measurement,and the measurement error was less than 10%.This technology can be applied in large-area screening of water-wall tubes corrosion thinning of power plant boiler.Compared with the traditional UT thickness measurement,it can find the corrosion area quickly and accurately.
