摘要
密集开孔会导致球罐承载能力降低,影响设备安全运行。考虑材料塑性状态的力学行为,利用弹塑性分析方法对某球罐密集开孔结构进行塑性垮塌和局部过度应变的分析和校核。结果表明:弹塑性分析方法对球罐密集开孔结构有良好的适用性,不仅能给出结构更准确的力学响应,还能进一步发挥材料塑性阶段的承载能力。
Dense opening on spherical tank may lead to a decrease in load-carrying capacity of the tank,and affect the normal operation of the equipment.Considering the mechanical behavior of the material in plastic state,analysis of plastic collapse and local excessive strain for a spherical tank structure with dense opening was carried out by means of elastic-plastic method.The results show that the elastic-plastic method has good applicability to the structure of spherical tanks with dense openings,which can not only give more accurate mechanical response,but also exert the load-carrying capacity of the material in plastic stage.
