摘要
文中针对某核电应急辅助汽动给水泵试验台测试回路使用的直行程角式调节阀开展研究,分析调节阀内部的主流通道,进行建模,利用流体仿真CFD软件对不同工况下调节阀内部流场进行计算分析,同时,结合试验场地部分测试数据对比验证模拟计算结果,重点研究了调节阀固有理想流量特性以及阀门压降特性,获取了调节阀的性能曲线,为直行程角式调节阀的精确调节和后续的现场试验提供参考。
In this paper,the research on the straight stroke angle control valve used in the nuclear power emergency auxiliary steam feedwater pump test bench test loop was carried out.The main flow channel inside the control valve was analyzed and modeling was carried out.The flow field inside the control valve in different working conditions was calculated and analyzed with fluid simulation software CFD.At the same time,the simulation results were verified by comparing the test data of the test site,the inherent perfect flow characteristics and valve pressure drop of the control valve were studied emphatically,and the control valve characteristic curve was obtained.This study provides reference for the accurate regulation of the straight stroke angle control valve and the subsequent field tests.
