基于Peplau人际关系理论的健康教育在骨质疏松症患者中的应用

Application of health education based on Peplau′s interpersonal theory in patients with osteoporosis

目的探讨基于Peplau人际关系理论的健康教育在骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3月-7月于健康管理中心体检,体检报告提示有骨质疏松症的108例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=55例)和观察组(n=53)。对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组采用基于Peplau人际关系理论的健康教育。比较干预前及干预6个月后2组自我效能、健康素养、自我管理行为及骨密度值。结果干预6个月后,观察组自我效能、健康素养、自我管理行为得分均明显高于对照组(t=6.124,P<0.001;t=7.452,P<0.001;t=5.666,P<0.001),腰椎骨密度值高于对照组(t=2.014,P=0.047),2组股骨颈骨密度值比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.101,P=0.273)。结论对骨质疏松症患者应用基于Peplau人际关系理论的健康教育,有助于提高患者自我效能和健康素养,改善其自我管理行为,进而对腰椎的骨密度有改善作用。

Objective To explore the effect of health education based on Peplau′s interpersonal relationship theory in patients with osteoporosis.Methods Totally 108 osteoporosis patients admitted to the hospital between March and July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(n=53)and a control group(n=55),according to a random number table.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received health education based on Peplau′s interpersonal relationship theory.The self-efficacy,health literacy,self-management behavior and bone mineral density(BMD)were compared between the two groups before and after 6-month intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-efficacy,health literacy,self-management of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(t=6.124,P<0.001;t=7.452,P<0.001;t=5.666,P<0.001),while the lumbar vertebrae BMD of the former group was higher than the latter(t=2.014,P=0.047).Meanwhile,no significant differences were found in the BMD of femoral neck between the 2 groups(t=1.101,P=0.273).Conclusion Health education based on Peplau interpersonal relationship theory can help to improve the self-efficacy,health literacy,self-management and lumbar vertebrae BMD of patients with osteoporosis.
