摘要
改性硅质轻型复合墙板的抗弯性能研究可为墙板的工程应用提供理论依据。文章对10块改性硅质轻型复合墙板和4块普通墙板进行了均布加载试验,研究了不同增强材料、不同复合方式和增强材料与中和轴之间的距离对改性墙板抗弯性能和破坏模式的影响。结果表明:增强材料和复合方式的改变均提高了墙板的开裂荷载;在均布荷载的作用下,改性硅质轻型复合墙板均呈现出弯曲破坏。通过理论分析,得到了承载力计算公式,其理论计算值与试验值吻合较好。
Studying the bending performance of modified siliceous lightweight composite wallboard can provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of the wallboard.A uniform loading test was carried out on ten modified siliceous lightweight composite wallboards and four ordinary wallboards.The effect of different reinforcing material,composite methods and distance between the reinforcing material and the axis on the bending performance and failure mode of modified siliceous lightweight wallboard was studied.The test results show that the changes in the reinforcing material and the composite method have increased the cracking load of the wallboard;under the action of uniform loading,the modified siliceous lightweight composite wallboard presents a bending failure mode.Through the theoretical analysis,the calculation formula of bearing capacity is obtained,and the theoretical calculation value is in good agreement with the experimental value.
