摘要
冷冻手术是新兴的应用微创治疗癌症的有效方法,合理地设置冷刀结构及位置可以提高治疗效果。为了准确地消融肿瘤,对冷刀插入深度及冷刀内管直径变化对消融的影响进行了对比分析,提出了一种基于改进气泡填充法的新型液氮冷刀布局方案,得出最佳布局并对该布局做进一步分析,结果表明距离为14 mm的冷刀布局模型在相同消融时间内能够得到更大的肿瘤致死体积以及满足对健康组织损伤较小的要求。此方法计算简单,有助于提高预测冷冻范围的准确性,可作为术前辅助治疗计划为医生提供指导。
Cryosurgery is an emerging and effective method for minimally invasive treatment of cancer.Reasonable configuration and location of cold knife can improve the therapeutic effect.In order to ablate tumor accurately,the effects of cold knife insertion depth and tube diameter on ablation were compared and analyzed.A new layout scheme of liquid nitrogen cold knife based on improved bubble filling method was proposed to obtain the optimal layout and further analyze the layout.The results showed that the cold knife layout model with a distance of 14 mm could obtain a larger tumor lethal volume and meet the requirements of small damage to healthy tissues within the same ablation time.This method is simple to calculate and helps to improve the accuracy of predicting the freezing range.It can be used as a preoperative adjuvant treatment plan to provide guidance for doctors.
