摘要
大连湾海底隧道采用的顶进节段法最终接头是我国沉管隧道首次采用的新型最终接头形式。底部滑行系统作为顶进节段法的关键构造,是顶进节段法成功与否的关键。文中在分析缩尺模型顶推工艺试验结果的基础上,对顶进节段法底部滑行系统进行了综合研究,并在后续的顶进节段法设计与施工中进行了优化,为顶进节段法最终接头的成功应用奠定了基础。
The closure joint by segment-jacking method for Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel is a novel type of closure joint which is used the first time in China.As the critical part of the segment-jacking method,the bottom sliding system is the key to success.Based on the analysis of the reduced scale model test results,a comprehensive study on the bottom sliding system was carried out and the system was optimized in the subsequent design and construction process of segment jacking,which laid a foundation for the successful application of the segment-jacking method for the closure joint.
