空间距离交会法在沉管标定中的应用研究

摘要 漂浮状态下沉管姿态的高精度标定对沉管的精确对接起着至关重要的作用。由于沉管在水域处于漂浮状态,这对沉管的高精度标定提出了巨大的挑战。在常规GNSS同步标定法和全站仪浮态标定法的基础上,引入了新的管节标定检核方法--空间距离交会法,可以在不考虑管节漂浮影响的条件下进行管节动态标定。分别在陆域和水域不同观测条件下进行了试验,结果表明:空间距离交会法基本可以满足管节标定要求。空间距离交会法对测量距离精度要求较高,对观测条件、网型结构要求比较严格。其结果可为其他类似海洋工程标定测量提供参考。 High-precision calibration of the attitude of an afloat immersed tube plays a crucial role in the precise docking of immersed tubes.Since the immersed tube is afloat in the water,a huge challenge is posed to the high-precision calibration of the immersed tube.On the basis of the conventional GNSS synchronous calibration method and the total-station floating calibration method,a new method—the spatial distance intersection method is presented for calibration and verification of immersed tubes,which can be used to dynamically calibrate immersed tubes without considering the influence of floating of immersed tubes.Experiments were carried out under different observation conditions on land and in water,and the results show that the spatial distance intersection method can basically meet the requirements of immersed tube calibration.The spatial distance intersection method has high requirements on the measurement distance accuracy,and strict requirements on the observation conditions and network structure.The results can provide reference for other similar marine engineering calibration measurements.
