摘要
大连湾海底隧道建设工程南岸登陆点下穿大连市中山区区级不可移动文物“达里尼港旧址丙码头”,在工程建设过程中,建设单位严格执行国家相关文物保护的法律法规,组织编制了文物保护方案并依法办理了文物保护手续,施工单位编制了以“拆卸、归安”为指导思想的文物保护施工方案并在施工过程中采取多项文保措施,切实保护了达里尼港旧址丙码头的文物价值,工程文物保护工作的实施经验可对今后涉及不可移动文物的建设方案提供一定参考。
The landing point on the south bank of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel project passes under the district-level immovable cultural relic site"Wharf C of Darini Port"in Zhongshan District,Dalian.During the execution of the project,the project development organization strictly implemented relevant national cultural relics preservation laws and regulations,organized the compilation of cultural relics preservation scheme and completed the relevant cultural relic preservation procedures according to law,while the constructor formulated a cultural relics protection plan with the guiding principle of"disassembling and reassembling"and adopted several cultural preservation measures during the construction process.The cultural relic value of Wharf C of Darini Port was very well preserved.The experience obtained during the implementation of cultural relic preservation practice can provide some reference for future construction planning involving immovable cultural relics.
