摘要
沉管碎石回填工序是指在沉管式隧道安装结束后对沉管进行碎石覆盖回填以保证沉管位置稳固,同时对已安装沉管起保护作用。回填分项工程包括锁定回填、一般回填。在实际过程中回填测量定位高程精度对工程质量和成本控制至关重要。针对现场施工工况,进行物理模型试验、现场实测分析了回填高程精度的主要影响因素。通过现场检验进行对比,得出高精度的回填高程控制方法。该研究成果可为回填施工提供相关技术支持。
The gravel backfilling process of immersed tube refers to the gravel covering and backfilling of immersed tube after the installation of immersed tube tunnel to ensure the stability of immersed tube position and protect the installed immersed tube. The sub divisional works of backfilling include lock backfilling and general backfilling. In the actual process, the elevation accuracy of backfilling measurement positioning is crucial to the project quality and cost control. Based on the on-site construction conditions, the main factors affecting the backfilling elevation accuracy were analyzed through physical model test and field measurement. Through on-site inspection and comparison, the high-precision backfilling elevation control method was obtained. The research results can provide relevant technical support for backfilling construction.
