摘要
大连湾海底隧道曲线段管节曲率大,安装测控精度控制难度高,对沉管进行标定时易出现距离遮挡物近,甚至不通视的情况。通过对曲线段管节一次标定、二次标定及安装测控过程中的精度及影响因素进行分析,最后算出综合误差,验证曲线段管节沉管安装精度满足设计要求。
The elbow section of Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel has large curvature,and it is difficult to control the installation measurement and control accuracy.When calibrating the immersed tube,it is easy to get close to obstacles or even invisible.The accuracy and influencing factors in the process of primary calibration,secondary calibration and installation measurement and control of the tubes in curved section are analyzed.Finally,the comprehensive error is calculated to verify that the installation accuracy of immersed tube in elbow section meets the design requirements.
