Watertight construction technology for temporary bulkhead structure of immersed tube

摘要 大连湾海底隧道工程沉管临时端封门结构水密要求高,为确保临时端封门结构水密质量,针对临时端封门结构预埋件与主体混凝土接触面渗水薄弱点,通过现场试验,改进方案优化工艺,最终采用了水密注浆的方法。经过工程实际应用,该方法施工后的临时端封门结构水密效果良好,保证了沉管后续工作的顺利进行。 The temporary bulkhead structure of the immersed tube of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel project has high watertight requirements.In order to ensure that the watertight quality of the temporary bulkhead structure,in view of the weak point of water seepage at the interface between the embedded parts of the temporary bulkhead structure and the main concrete,epoxy mortar is first used for sealing during construction,and watertight grouting method is adopted after process optimization,which ensures good watertight of temporary bulkhead structure and provides reference for similar projects.
