摘要
最终接头止水工艺的效果决定了最终接头工艺的成败。通过研究大连湾海底隧道工程隧道最终接头模型试验、最终接头结构形式、止水构造、止水构造安装工艺和止水构造保护措施,探索出新型最终接头止水带安装工艺及保护措施,分析了止水带安装操作优缺点,在总结施工经验的基础上优化了施工工艺。通过模拟安装验证了此止水带安装工艺及保护措施的可行性,同时也证明了在高纬度寒冷地区,此种安装工艺和保护措施具有良好的可实施性和易操作性,可为后续类似工程施工提供参考和借鉴。
The effect of the final joint sealing process determines the success or failure of the final joint process.By studying the final joint model test,final joint structure,water-stop structure,water-stop structure installation process and water-stop structure protection measures of Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel project,the installation process and protection measures of new final joint water-stop are explored,the advantages and disadvantages of water-stop installation operation are analyzed,and the construction process on the basis of summarizing construction experience is optimized.The feasibility of the installation process and protective measures of this water-stop is verified through simulation installation,and it is also proved that this installation process and protective measures are feasible and easy to operate in high latitude cold regions,which can provide reference for subsequent similar projects.
