沉管隧道岩基基础溶沟溶槽快速处理施工技术

摘要 大连湾海底隧道沉管基础地质条件复杂,存在大量溶沟、溶槽。文章以施工中遇到的沉管基础溶沟、溶槽为例,论述了采用料斗开底法浇筑水下不分散混凝土与液压振动锤进行块石振密夯平结合的设计方案与施工方法,可有效减少差异沉降对沉管结构的影响,且具有施工便捷、施工效率高、周期短等特点,尤其适用于对差异沉降要求高的水下基础处理。 The geological conditions of the immersed tube foundation in Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel are complex, and there are a lot of karst ditches and grooves. Taking the karst ditches and grooves of immersed tube foundation in the construction as an example, this paper discusses it by using the design scheme and construction method of the combination of the hopper bottom opening method for pouring non-dispersible underwater concrete and the hydraulic vibration hammer for vibrating and tamping block stone, which can effectively reduce the influence of differential settlement on the immersed tube structure, and has the characteristics of convenient construction, high construction efficiency, short construction period, etc., especially suitable for underwater foundation treatment required for differential settlement.
