摘要
以大连湾海底隧道工程为研究对象,将BIM技术全面应用于沉管建设管理中。借助BIM可视化优势,从项目实际需求出发,探索最为直接、有效的方式解决施工问题。实践证明,在超大型复杂工程应用BIM技术,能够有效地优化施工方案、减少返工,为项目施工阶段的管理与决策提供有力依据。
Taking Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel project as the research object, BIM technology is comprehensively applied to the immersed tube construction management. Based on the advantages of BIM visualization, the most direct and effective way to solve construction problems is explored from the actual needs of the project. Practice has proved that the application of BIM technology in super large and complex projects can effectively optimize the construction scheme and reduce rework, providing a strong basis for the management and decision-making in the construction stage of the project.
