碳四/碳五馏分的综合利用

COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION OF C_(4)/C_(5)FRACTIONS

蒸汽裂解乙烯工艺会生产大量具有高附加值的碳四/碳五馏分,目前处理碳四/碳五馏分装置有丁二烯抽提装置、MTBE/1-丁烯装置、碳五分离装置,但是上述装置在处理碳四/碳五馏分过程中生产的副产物,如丁二烯装置生产的含炔烃丁二烯尾气、丁二烯重组分、抽余碳四,MTBE/1-丁烯装置生产的剩余碳四,碳五分离装置生产的碳五抽余液等没有完全被利用,经过国内研究院的不断探索与开发,处理上述资源的工艺技术得到了完善,并实现了工业化生产,综合效益得到了进一步的提高。

In steam cracking for ethylene process,a large number of high value-added C_(4)/C_(5)fractions are produced.Currently C_(4)/C_(5)fractions are processed in butadiene extraction unit,MTBE/butene-1 unit and C_(5)separation unit.The by-products from the above-mentioned units such as the alkyne-containing butadiene tail gas,butadiene heavy component and C_(4)raffinate from butadiene unit,the residual C_(4)from MTBE/butene-1 unit and the C_(5)raffinate from C_(5)separation unit are not fully utilized.After continuous exploration and development by domestic research institutes,the process technologies for processing the above-mentioned resources have been improved and industrialized,and the comprehensive benefits have been further improved.
