摘要
依据碳五二烯烃易发生自聚合和共聚的特性,结合碳五分离装置生产实际情况,分析了阻聚剂单耗、DMF溶剂水解产物、系统游离氧含量、塔生产温度、二烯烃浓度等因素对阻聚剂阻聚效果的影响,并对这些因素进行了较为合理的优化,优化后装置萃取分离系统生产稳定性明显提高,塔釜泵入口滤网清理频次下降,再沸器运行周期延长,表明塔内二烯烃聚合结焦速率下降明显,提高了碳五分离装置目标产品的收率,降低了运行成本,延长了萃取分离系统的运行周期。
According to the characteristics of C_(5)diolefins,which are prone to self-polymerization and copolymerization,and combined with the actual production of C_(5)separation unit,this paper analyzes the influence of factors such as unit consumption of polymerization inhibitor,hydrolysate of DMF,free oxygen content in system,temperature in tower and diolefin concentration on the polymerization inhibition effect of polymerization inhibitor,and reasonably optimizes these factors.After optimization,the production stability of the extraction and separation system is improved obviously,the cleaning frequency of pump inlet filter decreases,and the operation cycle of reboiler is extended.The results show that the polymerization coking rate of diolefin remarkably decreases,the yields of the target products of C_(5)separation unit are improved,the operating cost is reduced,and the operation cycle of the extraction and separation system is extended.
