数据时代公共图书馆新型智库建设路径的研究——基于南京图书馆“大数据”“智库”融合发展实例

Research on the Construction Path of New Think Tanks for Public Libraries in the Era of Data:Based on the Integrated Development Examples of"Big Data"and"Think Tank"in Nanjing Library

文章以南京图书馆“大数据”“智库”两大省级重点业务实践为基础,就公共图书馆智库咨询业务的数字化功能建设,提出一种名为“智能洞察”的智能化资料工作方案,并将其用于探索公共图书馆数据资源与智库业务间的融合实践。文章根据已有智库业务的需求,对“大数据”平台进行了一系列数据资源改造,包括数据整合、语义解构、资料挖掘等,从而提升图书馆必要的资料工作能力。其中,“智能洞察”是以智库服务场景相关需求为依据,对“大数据”“智库”的供需关系进行匹配,实现资料工作创新智能应用,实现智库业务创新智能与智慧改造,进而发挥出公共图书馆聚力专家资源、重塑业务体系和定制服务等功能,以此提升公共图书馆智库业务服务能力,推进公共图书馆智库的高水平建设发展。

Based on the two key provincial business practices of"Big Data"and"Think Tank"in Nanjing Library,the article proposes an intelligent information work plan for the digital construction of think tank consulting business in public libraries,which is named"intelligent insight",and uses it to explore the integration of data resources and think tank business in public libraries.According to the needs of existing think tank business,the article carries out a series of data resource transformation on the"Big Data"platform,including data integration,semantic deconstruction and data mining,so as to improve and enhance the necessary data work capability of libraries.Among them,"Intelligent Insight"is based on the needs of think tank service scenarios,matching the supply and demand relationship between"Big Data"and"Think Tank",and realizing the innovative and intelligent application of information work.This will enable public libraries to gather expert resources,reshape their business systems and customize their services,enhance the service capability of public library think tanks,and promote the high-quality development of public library think tanks.
