农民参与乡村公共文化建设的困境与对策探析

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Farmers'Participation in Rural Public Culture Construction

农民是乡村振兴的重要推动者,其主体作用的发挥是推动乡村公共文化建设不断取得新成效的关键因素。当前农民参与乡村公共文化建设面临的主要问题是参与建设渠道不畅通、参与能力欠缺、参与动力不足、个体意识突出等,文章认为应从健全公共文化机制、提升农民参与能力、推动公私性文化协同发展、坚持多措并举等方面入手进行改善,以破解农民在参与乡村公共文化建设中面临的难题。

Farmers are an important promoter of rural revitalization,and the play of their main role is the key to promoting the construction of rural public culture to achieve new results.At present,the main problems faced by farmers participating in the construction of rural public culture are that the channels for participating in the construction are not smooth,the ability to participate is insufficient,the motivation to participate is insufficient,and the individual awareness is prominent.The article argues that improvements should be made by improving the public culture mechanism,enhancing farmers'ability to participate,promoting the synergistic development of public and private culture,and adhering to multiple measures in order to crack the difficulties in their participation in rural public culture construction.
