摘要
选取A股2069家上市公司2015—2019年平衡面板数据,利用“熵值法”构建指标并计算评分测量企业数字化转型,通过建立面板模型实证研究数字化转型对企业绩效的影响及作用渠道。基准回归发现,数字化转型能提升企业绩效,并且对企业未来三年绩效都存在显著的正向影响,这一结论在考虑模型可能存在的内生性问题和经过稳健性检验后依然成立;渠道检验发现,企业创新能力和与供应链伙伴关系在数字化转型对企业绩效的正向影响关系中起部分中介作用,即数字化转型有助于提高企业创新能力和供应链伙伴关系紧密度,进而正向影响企业绩效;进一步分析发现,数字化转型对企业绩效的影响存在异质性,在大规模企业、国有企业、高供应链地位企业和激烈的行业竞争环境中,其促进作用更明显。
By selecting balanced panel data of 2069 A-share listed companies from 2015-2019,the paper uses the"entropy method"to construct indices measuring the digital transformation of enterprises and empirically investigates the channel and impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance by building an OLS model.The benchmark regression finds that digital transformation does improve firm performance and has a significant positive effect on firm performance for the next three years,and this finding holds after accounting for possible endogeneity issues in the model and after robustness testing.The channel inspection finds that enterprise innovation ability and supply chain partnership play a partmediating role in the positive impact relationship of digital transformation on enterprise performance,that is,digital transformation helps to improve enterprise innovation ability and supply chain partnership closeness,and then positively affects enterprise performance.Further analysis reveals heterogeneity in the impact of digital transformation on firm performance.The contribution is more pronounced in largescale firms,state-owned enterprises,firms with high supply chain status,and highly competitive industry environments.
