摘要
基于中国2014—2020年31个省市自治区(除港澳台)的面板数据,构建数字乡村评价指标体系,借助ArcGIS空间分析工具及空间计量模型,分析数字乡村系统协调发展的时空分异格局及时空格局分布的影响因素。研究表明:我国数字乡村协调发展水平不断提升,其相对差异先升后降,绝对差异呈上升趋势。高等级协调类型省份和发展的热点区域均集中于东南沿海地区,低等级协调类型省份和发展的冷点区域均聚集于西北部地区;我国实现数字乡村均衡发展的短板在于数字化基础设施建设和乡村产业数字化转型,发展“洼地”依然在中西部地区。公共基础设施、技术创新和城乡收入差距是影响我国数字乡村协调发展的重要影响因素,各影响因素在不同地区的表现也不尽相同。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces,cities,and autonomous regions(except Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan)in China from 2014 to 2020,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of the digital countryside and analyzes the influencing factors of the Spatio-temporal differentiation pattern and Spatio-temporal pattern distribution of coordinated development of the digital countryside with the help of ArcGIS spatial analysis tool and spatial measurement model.The research finds that the coordinated development level of the digital countryside in China is constantly improving,and the relative difference first increases and then decreases while the absolute difference shows an upward trend.The provinces of high-level coordination type and the top regions of development are concentrated in the southeast coastal area whereas the provinces of low-level coordination type and the bottom regions of development are concentrated in the northwest areas.The shortcomings of the balanced development of the digital countryside in China lie in the digital infrastructure construction and the transformation of rural digital industrialization,and the"pits"of development are still in the central and western regions.Public infrastructure,technological innovation,and urban-rural income disparity are important factors influencing the coordinated development of the digital countryside in China,and the effects of each factor vary in different regions.
