摘要
文章介绍了两种不同开启方式的扶手总成,并重点阐明了双开扶手总成在设计开发过程中的设计要求及其注意事项;同时利用有限元分析方法,对双开扶手总成的计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析方法进行介绍,评估某汽车副仪表板双开扶手在关闭及打开时的刚度、强度是否符合工程设计要求。首先通过HyperMesh对汽车副仪表板进行3D网格划分,并根据本公司的规范要求施加约束及荷载,然后将分析文件导入到ABAQUS分析软件中进行求解,分析双开扶手总成分别在四种工况下的位移云图及应力云图。分析结果表明,扶手的设计符合要求,为后续的双开扶手总成设计开发及其CAE分析及合格判断依据提供参考经验。
This paper introduces two kinds of armrest with different opening modes, and emphatically expounds the design requirements and precautions of side-opening armrest in the process of design and development. The computer aided engineering(CAE) analysis method of the side-opening armrest is introduced by using the finite element analysis method to evaluate whether the rigidity and strength of the side-opening armrest of an automobile’s console meet the engineering design requirements when it is closed and opened. Firstly, the 3D grid of the auxiliary dashboard of the car is divided through HyperMesh, and constraints and loads are imposed according to the company’s specifications. Then, the analysis file is imported into ABAQUS analysis software for solution, and the displacement nephogram and stress nephogram of the side-opening armrest under four working conditions are analyzed. The analysis results show that the design of the armrest meets the requirements, It provides reference experience for the subsequent design and development of side-opening armrest and its CAE analysis and qualification judgment basis.
