摘要
随着消费者对汽车燃油经济性的日趋关注,各主机厂越来越重视整车质量控制。研究表明,汽车的质量每降低10%,燃油消耗可降低7%~8%,要想整车质量控制在合理范围内,必须在新产品开发阶段予以管控。目前,整车质量管控主要有标杆竞品质量解析、目标设定、目标分解、减重方案制定、推进及目标达成情况评价等步骤。文章主要阐述整车质量管理流程、质量目标如何设定与分解、各系统减重方案的制定和推进及整车质量目标达成评价等方法,通过以上方法,可以实现产品开发阶段整车质量有效管控。
As consumers pay more and more attention to the fuel economy of automobiles, the main engine manufacturers pay more and more attention to the mass control of the whole vehicle. Research shows that the fuel consumption can be reduced by 7% ~ 8% for every 10% reduction in the mass of vehicle. If the mass of the whole vehicle is to be controlled within a reasonable range, it must be controlled in the new product development stage. At present, the vehicle mass control mainly includes the steps of mass analysis of benchmark competitive products, goal setting, goal decomposition, formulation, promotion of mass reduction scheme, and evaluation of goal achievement. This paper mainly describes the vehicle mass management process, how to set and decompose the mass target, the formulation and promotion of the mass reduction scheme of each system, and the evaluation of the vehicle mass target. Through the above methods, the vehicle mass can be effectively controlled in the product development stage.
