Construction of Community of Service for Smart Elderly Care in Yancheng Rural Areas

人口老龄化加剧的基本国情下盐城市农村养老问题尤为突出。在调研分析现状的前提下,明确农村智慧养老服务共同体的内涵与特征,并提出建构盐城市农村智慧养老服务共同体的对策:坚持政府顶层驱动,完善智慧政策服务;保障农村老人的身体健康和心理健康,优化智慧健康服务;助力农村老人跨越数字鸿沟,落实智慧技术服务;跟上农村老人多重需求,推动智慧人才服务,形成党委领导,政府主导,家庭、市场、社会等多元参与的格局。

Elderly care in Yancheng rural areas is particularly prominent under the background of aging population in China.The author proposes the building of a smart elderly care community in Yancheng rural areas after analyzing the status quo.The paper defines the content and characteristics of smart elderly care community in rural areas.To build such a community,government should develop and implement relevant policies in a top-down way and smart health services should be improved to ensure rural elderly people's physical and mental health.Smart technologies must be deployed in place and taught to them to meet their multiple needs.More talents should be brought on board.The community should be led by CPC committee and government and participated by households,market and the public.
