A Study of YE Yage's Forestry Thought

以叶雅各的林学思想为研究对象,基于史料、文献和景观实体,采用定性分析等方法探讨叶雅各的教学科研实践与林政参与轨迹的特征,剖析其林学思想的形成,以及对现当代林业的贡献和启示。研究表明,其林学思想集中体现在五个方面:1.森林富国。森林不仅是国家良好生态环境气候的重要保障,还能为国计民生提供重要资源。2.广修林政。森林的建造离不开国家大政方针和顶层设计,也依靠国家机器和规范保障。3.培育人才。林业的发展和繁荣需要高素质专业人才队伍和专门教育。4.林业生产。林业生产是林学林业林政提质增效的落脚点和实现手段。5.科学治理。用森林生态学观念靠“平衡”“自控”来防治森林虫害。他的林学思想对当代林业教育、林业经济社会发展以及生态环境保护方面具有一定的启示意义。

Based on historical materials,documents and landscape entities,this paper discusses the characteristics of Ye Yage's teaching and scientific research and forestry policy participation track by qualitative analysis,analyzes the influencing factors and results of his thought,as well as his contribution and enlightenment to modern forestry industry.The results showed that his forestry studies and forestry thoughts were concentrated in four aspects:1)Make the country prosperous through forestry.Forest is not only an important guarantee for the country's good ecological environment and climate,but also an important resource for the national economy and the people's livelihood.2)Establish extensive forestry policies.The construction of forests cannot be separated from national policies and top-level design,but also depends on national machinery and norms.3)Cultivate talents.The development and growth of forestry need high-quality professional talents and specialized education.4)Forestry production.Forestry production is the foothold and means to improve the quality and efficiency of forestry administration.5)Science-based control.Forest pests are controlled by means of"balance"and"self-control"deronstrated in the theory of forest ecology.His theory of forestry plays a role in contemporary forestry education,forestry development in socio-economic terms,and protection of ecological environment.
