Research progress on heat-clearing and blood-activating Chinese herbal injection combined with antimicrobial agents in the treatment of severe infection

清热活血类中药注射剂应在中医理论指导下根据辨证施治原则合理应用,临床上联合抗菌药物应用广泛,多用于抢救急危重症患者,治疗感染性疾病效果尤为突出。该文对清热活血类中药注射剂联合抗菌药物治疗重症感染的临床应用进行综述,阐释清热活血类中药注射剂联合抗菌药物治疗重症感染如脓毒症、重症肺炎等的研究现状,归纳总结清热活血类中药注射剂与抗菌药物联合应用的影响,如临床疗效、配伍禁忌,以便临床安全、有效地使用中药注射剂,同时为深入探讨清热活血类中药注射剂联合抗菌药物的临床应用提供一定理论依据。

Chinese herbal injections for clearing heat and invigorating blood should be used rationally under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory and in accordance with the principles of evidence-based treatment,which is widely used in combination with antimicrobial agents in clinical practice.And it is commonly used for the treatment of patients in acute and critical conditions.The combination of antimicrobial agents is particularly effective in the treatment of serious infections.This article reviewed the clinical application of heat-clearing and blood-activating herbal injections combined with antimicrobial agents in the treatment of serious infections,explained the current status of research on the combination of heat-clearing and blood-activating herbal injections with antimicrobial agents in the treatment of serious infections such as sepsis,severe pneumonia.To summarize the effects such as clinical efficacy and contraindications of combining heat-clearing and blood-activating herbal injections with antimicrobial agents,and to facilitate the safe and effective use of herbal injections in clinical practice.It also provided a theoretical basis and reference for an in-depth discussion on the clinical application of heat-clearing and blood-activating herbal injections in combination with antimicrobial agents.
