摘要
为研究预制裂纹长度和试样厚度对高强钢平面断裂韧性的影响规律及准静态三点弯曲工况下的裂纹扩展情况,利用ABAQUS软件对高强钢Q460C进行了准静态三点弯曲断裂数值模拟。模拟结果表明,Q460C的平面断裂韧性随预制裂纹的增大呈指数型增大趋势,而试样厚度对平面断裂韧性的影响较小。准静态三点弯曲工况下的Q460C的主要断裂模式为I型断裂,当裂纹扩展一定长度后会发生复合型断裂。
In order to study the influence of prefabricated crack length and sample thickness on plane fracture toughness of high-strength steel and the crack propagation under quasi-static three-point bending condition,the quasi-static three-point bending fracture numerical simulation of high-strength steel Q460C was carried out by using ABAQUS software.The simulation results show that the plane fracture toughness of Q460C increases exponentially with the increase of prefabricated crack,while the specimen thickness has little effect on the plane fracture toughness.The main fracture mode of Q460C under quasi-static three-point bending condition is mode I fracture.When the crack extends for a certain length,composite mode fracture occurs.
