摘要
为了解决带式输送机传动滚筒长期工作而造成滚筒失效的问题,根据传动滚筒的结构建立了传动滚筒的模型,利用有限元软件进行仿真分析,发现传动滚筒的最大变形位置在传动滚筒的中部。针对这个问题,对传动滚筒进行了结构优化。研究结果表明:在滚筒中部添加增强环可以有效减小滚筒的变形,提高传动滚筒的刚强度及使用寿命。
In order to solve the failure problem of the drive roller of belt conveyor caused by long-term operation,a model of the drive roller is established according to the structure of the drive roller,and the simulation analysis is carried out using the finite element software.It is found that the maximum deformation position of the drive roller is in the middle of the roller.In view of this problem,the structural optimization of the transmission drum is carried out.The research results show that adding a reinforcing ring in the middle of the drum can effectively reduce the stress and deformation generated by the drum,improve the rigidity,strength and service life of the transmission drum.
