摘要
为提高金属隔膜的翻转可靠性,分析了基于隔膜锥段最大翻转压力prmax和等效锥壳塑性失稳压力ppb评价隔膜翻转过程中的锥段抗失稳能力的可行性。结果表明,在不同锥段几何参数的同种材料隔膜prmax-ppb关联图中,可拟合得到一条分割线DL和多组关联线RL。基于该关联图,可通过数据点与分割线DL的相对位置关系进行隔膜翻转过程中的锥段抗失稳能力量化评价和锥段径向失稳预测,可通过关联线RL的斜率对采用壁厚增加方案提升隔膜锥段抗失稳能力的效果进行量化评价。
To improve the overturning reliability of metal diaphragm,the feasibility of evaluating the anti-instability ability of diaphragm conical section based on the maximum overturning pressure prmax and equivalent conical shell plastic buckling pressure ppb was investigated and analyzed.The results showed that in the prmax-ppb relation diagram of diaphragms with the same material and different conical section geometric parameters,a dividing line DL and a set of relation lines RL were obtained by fitting.Based on the above relation diagram,the relative location relation between data points and dividing line DL could be used to quantitatively evaluate the anti-instability ability of conical section and predict the conical section radial buckling in the overturning process of the metal diaphragm.The slope of relation line RL could be used to quantitatively evaluate the effects of improved anti-instability ability of conical section through increasing the wall thickness.
