摘要
对隔热瓦用高性能黏结剂的制备方法、工艺配方进行研究,利用原料之间的协同效应,制备高性能黏结剂,同时对黏结剂进行性能对比测试。合成的黏结剂熔点低、成膜性能优异、晶点少、粘接强度高、粘接速度快、成本低,符合新型复合隔热瓦的使用要求,是一种经济环保的高效隔热瓦黏结剂。
The preparation method and formula of high-performance adhesive for thermal insulation tile were studied.High-performance adhesive was prepared based on the synergistic effect of raw materials.At the same time,the performance of the adhesive was compared and tested.The results showed that synthetic adhesive had low melting point,excellent film-forming performance,few crystal points,high bonding strength,fast bonding speed and low cost,meeting the application requirements of new composite thermal insulation tile.It is a kind of economical and environment-friendly high-efficiency adhesive for heat insulation tile.
